New Delhi, Jan 16: after successful workshops in Mumbai and Bengaluru the Loyalty Academy and The Wise Marketer, global authorities in loyalty education and insights, have jointly announced the fourth public Certified Loyalty Marketing Professional (CLMP) Workshop, in India in partnership with Strategic Caravan. This intensive, in-person, two-day programme is designed for professionals seeking to build, evaluate or transform world-class loyalty strategies.

Tailored for a diverse cohort of participants—including brand leaders, marketers, consultants, technology specialists, and agency professionals—the CLMP Workshop offers a rigorous deep dive into the principles, practices, technologies and financial frameworks that underpin successful loyalty programmes. Whether participants are refreshing an existing programme or developing one from the ground up, the workshop provides practical tools and global best practices with strong regional relevance for India.

Led by senior faculty members of Loyalty Academy, the workshop covers all core modules alongside select electives from the full CLMP curriculum. Participants will benefit from featured presentations by Indian loyalty experts, interactive exercises, robust peer discussions and hands-on learning opportunities. The programme concludes with a comprehensive case study and final examination, evaluated by Loyalty Academy, with CLMP certification awarded to participants who successfully demonstrate applied understanding.

Speaking on the importance of professional rigour in loyalty marketing, Brian Almeida, loyalty veteran and senior faculty member, said: “Loyalty is no longer about points and rewards—it is about value exchange, data intelligence and trust. The CLMP programme equips professionals with the strategic and financial discipline required to design loyalty initiatives that are sustainable, measurable and genuinely meaningful to customers.”

This workshop reinforces India’s growing role in shaping the future of loyalty marketing globally.
