Sorrento at Shangri-La Eros New Delhi Presents a Limited-Edition Tiramisu Pop-Up

Nestled in the heart of Lutyens’ Delhi, Sorrento is cherished for its authentic Italian cuisine. Holding the prestigious Golden Q certification from Ospitalità Italiana, the restaurant continues to uphold the highest pinnacles of Italian culinary heritage, now translating this legacy into a dedicated Tiramisu experience rooted in balance, restraint, and refinement.

The pop-up serves six unique interpretations of Tiramisu, each defining a different mood of the dessert’s character. The Classic Tiramisu recalls timeless simplicity with mascarpone crème, coffee-soaked Savoiardi, and cocoa powder. The Café Supreme deepens the coffee narrative with coffee mascarpone Chantilly, espresso ice cream, and amaretto biscuit. The Berry Tiramisu introduces brightness through wild berry mascarpone crémeux, fresh berries, and Savoiardi biscuit, while the Pistachio Tiramisu offers a richer expression with pistachio mascarpone whipped crème, espresso, pistachio praline, and Dubai chocolate.

Contemporary expressions include the Deconstructed Tiramisu, composed of tiramisu espuma, espresso Savoiardi jelly, cocoa powder, and raspberry pâte de fruit, and the Semifreddo, a creamy, frozen espresso-centered indulgence finished with cocoa powder and tiramisu ice cream, each dessert designed to pause gently on the palate.

Each dessert is priced at INR 1,400 and crafted to mirror the charm of Italian dessert artistry, where texture, aroma, and flavour evolve in harmony rather than excess.

From the first spoonful to the final taste, Sorrento’s Tiramisu pop-up invites gourmands, travellers, and local diners alike to experience the quiet luxury, warmth, and finesse of Italian dessert culture in the capital.
