New Delhi, Mar 12: Simon India Limited, a leading engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCM) company and a wholly owned subsidiary of Zuari Industries Limited, has signed an Exclusive Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Givery Inc., Japan, a technology company specializing in generative AI products and digital transformation solutions.
The strategic collaboration aims to co-create and co-develop Generative AI solutions for engineering, manufacturing and industrial operations, combining Simon India’s deep domain expertise in industrial engineering and plant operations with Givery’s capabilities in artificial intelligence, natural language processing and advanced digital technologies.
Through this partnership, the companies will work together to develop AI-powered platforms and applications designed to enhance plant engineering, process optimization, construction management, predictive analytics, productivity improvement and digital transformation across industrial sectors in India.
The collaboration will focus on identifying high-impact industry use cases, jointly developing scalable AI solutions, and deploying these technologies for industrial clients operating across sectors such as engineering, manufacturing and large-scale industrial infrastructure.
By integrating Generative AI, machine learning and industrial domain knowledge, the partnership aims to support enterprises in improving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decision-making and accelerating digital transformation across complex engineering environments.
