Mumbai, Apr 02:  Shares of Sai Parenteral’s Limited, which is a diversified pharmaceutical formulations company with capabilities in research, development and manufacturing, listed at Rs 405 on the exchange.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 416.2 on the BSE. The scrip closed at Rs 406.4 on the BSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 10.52 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 5.48 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 65 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 1,795.4 crore as per BSE and Rs 1,789.3 crore as per NSE.

The company had offered a nearly Rs 408.8 crore issue for subscription from March 24 to March 27, 2026.

This offer was subscribed nearly 1.05 times.

The company is a diversified pharmaceutical formulations company with capabilities in research, development and manufacturing. It is in the business of branded generic formulations and contract development and manufacturing organisation (CDMO) products and services for the domestic and international markets.

Meanwhile, shares of Powerica Limited, which is an integrated power solutions with generator set business comprising of DG sets powered by Cummins engines, medium speed large generators (“MSLG”) offerings in collaboration with Hyundai, and present in the wind power sector as an independent power producer, closed at Rs 390 on the BSE.

The scrip reached a high of Rs 397 on the NSE.

As per NSE, the total quantity traded stood at 42.27 lakh shares, on BSE the total Quantity stood at 3.02 lakh shares. Total Turnover (BSE+NSE) on Day 1 stood at Rs 173 crore.

The Market Capitalisation of the Company at today’s closing price stood at Rs 4,935.5 crore as per BSE and Rs 4,872.3 crore as per NSE.

The company had offered a nearly Rs 1,100 crore issue for subscription from March 24 to March 27, 2026.

This offer was subscribed nearly 1.45 times.
