Safex Group appoints Richa Malhotra as Group Chief Financial Officer

New Delhi, Mar 16: Safex Chemicals, a leading player in the specialty chemical sector, announced the appointment of Richa Malhotra as its Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In this role, Richa will lead financial strategy, capital architecture and governance framework as Safex executes its next phase of expansion across specialty chemicals and global agrochemicals.

Richa is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate from Shri Ram College of Commerce, Delhi University.

She brings over two decades of experience in business finance, planning & strategy, corporate banking and strategic client management.  Prior to joining Safex Chemicals, Richa served as Executive Director, Financial Markets at Standard Chartered Bank, where she built and led high performing teams across India & Sri Lanka.

Her expertise spans capital structuring, treasury and risk management, financial markets led financing solutions and strategic execution. She has closely worked with corporates ranging from commercial banking clients to global subsidiaries and some of the largest international corporates. Safex looks forward to leveraging her deep expertise and leadership as it enters its next phase of growth and expansion.
