New Delhi, Mar 30: Puja Garg has assumed charge as the 43rd National President of the FICCI Ladies Organisation (FLO), the women’s wing of FICCI and one of Southeast Asia’s oldest women-led and women-centric business chambers.

During her tenure for 2026–27, Garg will focus on empowering women by fostering an enabling ecosystem that promotes entrepreneurship, industry participation, and economic development. Under her leadership, FLO aims to drive impactful interventions to enhance women’s contribution to India’s industrial and economic growth.
Established in 1983, FICCI Ladies Organisation serves as an all-India forum headquartered in New Delhi, with 21 chapters and a network of over 15,000 women entrepreneurs, professionals, and corporate leaders.
Speaking on her appointment, Puja Garg said,
“As I take on the responsibility of leading this extraordinary collective of women, my vision is to strengthen FLO from within and scale our influence beyond. Our guiding theme, ‘Strength Within, Scale Beyond,’ reflects a strategic focus on institutional excellence, deeper alignment across chapters, and expanding our national and global impact.”
She further added,
“FLO is more than a network—it is a powerful institution built on leadership, enterprise, and collaboration. My commitment is to make it the most trusted and influential platform for women across sectors and generations. Our initiatives will remain anchored in sustainability, innovation, entrepreneurship, skilling, and leadership, aligned with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.”
A seasoned entrepreneur and strategic leader, Garg began her professional journey in 1999 and has played a significant role in strengthening the Tex India Group under the Distributors India Group, a pan-India pharmaceuticals and FMCG logistics network. She is also the co-founder of the Amara Fashion and Lifestyle Exhibition, a leading platform showcasing national and international designers across cities such as Lucknow, Varanasi, and London.
As the Past Chairperson of FLO Lucknow, Garg led impactful grassroots initiatives focused on women’s economic empowerment and village development. Her leadership during the COVID-19 period earned her the Aatmanirbhar Nari Award (2021), and she has also been recognized under Mission Shakti (2021) in collaboration with Femina India and The Times Group.
With a strong track record of driving scalable initiatives, Puja Garg is set to further strengthen FLO’s role in shaping inclusive growth and empowering women across India.
