New Delhi, Mar 12: Panasonic Life Solutions India, reinforced its leadership position in the HVAC industry at ACREX India 2026, Asia’s largest HVAC exhibition, unveiling its comprehensive portfolio across Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Commercial Air Conditioners (CAC) including VRF systems, and Cold Chain solutions. The showcase reflects Panasonic’s continued focus on delivering intelligent and energy-efficient cooling technologies aligned with India’s evolving infrastructure and sustainability requirements. These components along with the new launches are being exhibited at Booth M-04, Hall 6 at BEC, Mumbai.

At the exhibition, Panasonic is showcasing its integrated climate solutions ecosystem, from smart residential air conditioners powered by the MirAIe connected living platform and AI-enabled VRF systems, to its latest Light Commercial innovations including the new 1-Way Cassette featuring nanoe™ X technology for enhanced indoor air quality. The brand is also highlighting its focus on strong cooling performance through technologies such as DustBuster, an auto ODU cleaning concept designed to enhance cooling efficiency and extend product life.
Speaking at ACREX 2026, Hirokazu Kamoda, Managing Director, Panasonic HVAC & CC India, said,
“India is one of the fastest-growing HVAC markets in the world, and Panasonic is fully committed to this growth journey. We are expanding our distribution footprint, strengthening our service network, and building deeper partnerships across the country. Our showcase at ACREX reflects our long-term vision to deliver smart, reliable, and future-ready climate solutions across residential, commercial, and cold chain segments.”
Yoshiyuki Kato, Managing Director, Panasonic Electric Works, Panasonic Life Solutions India, said,
“Indoor air quality is increasingly becoming a key determinant of building performance and long-term real estate value. Poorly managed indoor environments can affect occupant comfort, increase complaints, and ultimately impact occupancy and rental potential. Through technologies such as nanoe™ X and BMS-enabled monitoring and optimisation, Panasonic enables building owners to maintain healthier indoor environments while improving operational efficiency. We believe that investing in better air quality and intelligent building management ultimately supports higher occupancy, stronger tenant satisfaction, and enhanced long-term asset value.”
Commenting on the technology showcase, Abhishek Verma, Head – Product Marketing & Planning, Panasonic HVAC & CC India, added,
“At Panasonic, innovation drives everything we do. From AI-enabled VRF systems and smart connected solutions powered by MirAIe to high-performance light commercial technologies, our portfolio is designed to deliver intelligent control, energy efficiency, and reliability in demanding Indian conditions. ACREX provides us an opportunity to demonstrate how our engineering capabilities are shaping next-generation climate solutions.”
In the cold chain segment, Panasonic is showcasing its iCOOL SE inverter condensing units, engineered for precise temperature management, optimized energy consumption, and enhanced operational efficiency across low- and medium-temperature applications. Designed to deliver performance stability and faster return on investment, the solution addresses the growing need for reliable and scalable cold storage infrastructure across key sectors.
Sharing his views, Vikas Taneja, Director, Cold Chain, Panasonic HVAC & CC India, said,
“India’s cold chain ecosystem is witnessing strong momentum, driven by the rapid expansion led by e-com infrastructure both in last mile and mid mile warehouses and organized logistics while the momentum continues in food retail, pharmaceuticals, quick service restaurants. At Panasonic, we continue to focus on enabling energy-efficient, high-performance environment friendly solutions that not only improve product preservation but also reduce operating costs for businesses.”
