Institution of Valuers’ International Chamber of Valuers (ICV) Shines at Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention

The Institution of Valuers (IOV), through its International Chamber of Valuers (ICV), proudly participated in the 2024 Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention, held from 29th to 31st August at the Amari Bangkok Hotel, Thailand.

Representing India with a distinguished 18-member delegation, the ICV highlighted the country’s evolving role in the global real estate market and emphasized the critical role of valuation in facilitating cross-border investments.

Mr. Sunil Agarwal, Chairman of ICV, provided actionable recommendations to address current barriers and enhance India’s reputation as a prime destination for global real estate investment. Mr. P.K. Thiagarajan, President of IOV, presented comprehensive analyses and projections, further solidifying India’s position as a leading investment hub.

The IOV’s participation in the Asia Pacific Real Estate Convention reaffirms its commitment to:
