Mar, 11: Strengthening its execution framework for its real estate venture, Big FM Realty, the real estate vertical of Big FM has appointed Greenlands Global Private Limited as the Managing Partner for its upcoming mixed-use development, a project projected to generate revenue of approximately ₹1,200 crore.
This strategic collaboration brings together the strong brand equity and financial backing of Big FM Realty with Greenlands’ proven expertise in real estate strategy, brand building, sales management, and end-to-end development solutions. With a leadership team bringing together decades of industry experience, Greenlands will play a pivotal role in shaping the project’s commercial roadmap and market execution strategy.
Under the agreement, Greenlands Global Private Limited will lead the complete sales, marketing, and CRM mandate, including channel partner management, brand positioning, demand generation, driving direct sales, and overseeing the entire customer lifecycle management. In addition, the company will contribute its expertise in strategic planning, market positioning, and integrated development support, ensuring the project is positioned as a compelling mixed-use destination in the region.
The key leadership team driving this mandate includes:
Nitin Shrivastava – A senior real estate professional with more than two decades of experience in strategic sales, project planning, and market expansion.
Jai Gupta – A specialist in real estate sales, brand positioning, business development, and CRM with over 17 years of experience in driving large-scale developments.
Manuj Sardana – An expert in real estate marketing and brand building with nearly 15 years of experience in crafting marketing strategies and driving direct sales performance.
Bharat Sardana – A specialist in on-ground marketing with nearly 10 years of experience, responsible for executing national-level marketing campaigns and driving on-ground activation strategies.
Collectively, the leadership team brings over 75 years of combined experience across real estate sales, marketing strategy, brand development, and customer relationship management. Their structured and performance-driven approach is expected to significantly enhance the project’s market positioning, brand visibility, and sales momentum.
