The ceremonial events at Del Webb Maygrass in Plain City and Del Webb Explore at Northstar in Sunbury mark a major milestone in the brand’s Midwest expansion, bringing world-class amenities, once associated primarily with Sunbelt locations, to Central Ohio homebuyers.

Both communities will offer single-story floorplans ranging from 1500-3500 sf., with the signature Del Webb resort-style experience, but with distinct approaches:

Northstar will offer 570 homes on 256 acres in Sunbury, with stunning views of the private NorthStar Golf Club. Its 14,500-square-foot clubhouse will showcase world-class amenities.
