Mumbai, Mar 19th: DEE Development Engineers Limited, a leading engineering company providing customized process piping solutions, has commenced commercial production at its newly established seamless pipe manufacturing plant located in Anjar, Gujarat.
The facility, with an installed capacity of 7,000 metric tonnes per annum, marks a significant milestone in the company’s strategy to strengthen backward integration and expand its presence in high-specification piping products. The plant will manufacture seamless pipes and tubes catering to critical applications across power, oil & gas, and industrial infrastructure sectors.
The company has already secured its first contract valued at approximately ?58 crore for the seamless pipe segment, providing initial execution visibility for the facility. The plant has been developed with a total capital investment of approximately ?89.74 crore, comprising ?63.37 crore towards plant & machinery, ?24.82 crore towards building, and ?1.55 crore towards electrical infrastructure, reflecting a focused investment in manufacturing capabilities. The facility is expected to contribute incremental revenue beginning Q1 FY2026–27, with capacity utilisation and operational efficiencies improving progressively over the next four quarters.
