Mar 19: Realty player Identity Buildtech Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Ansal Housing Limited, has received an Occupation Certificate (OC) for a significant phase of its residential project, Ansals Highland Park, located in Sector-103, Gurugram. The OC has been granted across 2 BHK, 3 BHK  and 3 BHK + 1 Room units, including EWS units. The project, planned across eight towers with 620 units, marks a key milestone in its delivery journey, with the remaining towers progressing toward completion.

Strategically located in Sector-103 near the Dwarka Expressway, Ansals Highland Park is a thoughtfully planned group housing development spread across approximately 11.7 acres, designed to balance urban connectivity with a sense of openness and community living.
