
Mumbai, India Mar 27: Amazon MX Player, India’s leading free, premium, ad-supported video streaming service, will today premiere the first episode of its fitness show Famously Fit, an all-new weekly fitness-led unscripted show. Hosted by Sophie Choudry, the six-episode series blends fitness, celebrity appeal, and candid conversations in a high-energy format, offering audiences an inside look at the routines and stories behind some of India’s most recognisable faces.
Each episode features an A-list celebrity in a high-energy workout setting. The series launches with Kriti Sanon, one of the most sought-after actresses in the country today, followed by fitness icon Malaika Arora and fan favourite Sonam Bajwa. The lineup also includes Ghazal Alagh (Co-Founder, Honasa Consumer Ltd), with more prominent names set to be announced soon. From yoga and strength training to functional fitness, the series offers close access to their fitness regimes, personal discipline, and evolving wellness philosophies. Along the way, Famously Fit captures candid insights, addresses common fitness misconceptions, and reveals relatable moments, from indulgences to shortcuts, making the content both engaging and widely relatable.
