DENVER, March 28 — Alterra Mountain Company announces that Linnea Hansen has been named the new President & COO of Washington’s Crystal Mountain, effective immediately, and will report to Regional Chief Operating Officer & Executive Vice President Mountain Division – Western, Ron Cohen. Linnea will be responsible for overseeing all operations and enhancing both the employee and guest experience, continuing to build and strengthen community relationships, and driving profitability of the destination.

With more than two decades of leadership experience across hospitality, consumer brands, global marketing, and operations, Linnea brings a well-rounded perspective and a proven ability to guide organizations through growth and change, all while maintaining a strong focus on the guest and employee experience. At Crystal Mountain, as Vice President, Marketing & Sales, she has been a key member of the Senior Leadership team and has increased focus on building community engagement and relationships, prioritized the consumer and guest experience, strengthened employee engagement, and guided cross functional projects across the destination’s many operations and functions.
