Rye, N.Y., Feb 09 — Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) (“Acadia” or the “Company”) today announced the year-end promotions for the following professionals to support its continued growth:

AJ Levine has been promoted to Executive Vice President, Leasing and Development. In his role, Mr. Levine will continue to lead leasing and development initiatives while assuming oversight of the Company’s property management and marketing teams, further supporting the Company’s internal growth strategy. Since joining Acadia in 2019, Mr. Levine was previously promoted to Senior Vice President, Leasing and Development in 2021.

Erica Pipitone has been promoted to Vice President, Financial Reporting. In her role, Ms. Pipitone will continue to be responsible for the Company’s financial reporting activities, including oversight of SEC reporting and technical accounting matters. Ms. Pipitone has progressively advanced within the accounting team since joining the Company in 2020 and has served as Director, Financial Reporting since 2022.

The Company also announced that Joseph Napolitano has notified the Company of his intention to retire as Senior Vice President, Chief Administrative Officer, on or about April 1, 2026. Mr. Napolitano’s retirement follows 31 years with the Company and as a member of the Company’s senior leadership team since 2007.

Mr. Napolitano has successfully transitioned his responsibilities among several individuals within the Company.

Remarking on Mr. Napolitano’s retirement, Kenneth F. Bernstein, President and CEO of the Company, stated “I’d like to thank Joe for over 31 years of unwavering dedication to Acadia. Joe’s trusted leadership played a significant role in driving Acadia’s success and shaping our culture that defines who we are today. It has been a privilege working closely with Joe; his impact leaves a lasting legacy, and I wish him well in his next chapter.”
