Gandhinagar, Mar 24: The Leela Gandhinagar welcomes Abhishek Singh as Director of Operations, marking a significant leadership addition to the luxury property’s executive team. With over 16 years of rich experience in the hospitality industry, Abhishek brings with him deep operational expertise and a strong track record in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

In his new role, Abhishek will oversee the hotel’s day-to-day operations, focusing on enhancing service excellence, optimizing performance across departments, and further strengthening the brand’s commitment to luxury and personalized hospitality.
Prior to this appointment, Abhishek served as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms at The Leela Mumbai, where he was instrumental in driving operational efficiency and elevating guest satisfaction. His career journey within The Leela group also includes key leadership roles at The Leela Palace Udaipur, where he managed diverse functions spanning front office operations, housekeeping, wellness, and guest experience design.
Known for his hands-on leadership style and people-centric approach, Abhishek has consistently demonstrated the ability to build high-performing teams while maintaining strong service benchmarks. His achievements include receiving the ‘Front Office Manager of the Year’ award by BW Hotelier in 2021 and maintaining industry-leading guest satisfaction scores.
An alumnus of IHM Ahmedabad, Abhishek seamlessly bridges the gap between academic theory and high-tier operational execution. A dedicated lifelong learner, he is certified in the LEAD Program, and is a certified Train The Trainer. His expertise in talent identification is further evidenced by his role as an LLDP Taskforce Interviewer.
