As conversations around stress, hormonal imbalance, and burnout grow louder, there is a renewed need for consistent, preventive self-care practices that support the body before imbalance begins. Addressing this gap, Kaayu Rituals by Preeti Choudhary (Founder and CEO) is entering India as a ritual-first self-care and wellness brand, focused on making self-care structured and consistent rather than occasional. Derived from Kaaya (body) and Ayu (life), the name reflects its philosophy of supporting the body, mind, and soul to enhance inner balance through mindful rituals.
Through guided, science-backed rituals and natural formulations, Kaayu Rituals encourages a more disciplined approach to self-care. Its official launch is scheduled for 26th February 2026 at Bikaner House, Delhi, with product availability pan-India, offering a preventive and practical model of wellbeing built for everyday life.
Built as a ritual-first wellness brand, Kaayu Rituals introduces a more structured approach to daily care. Combining natural formulations with scientific rigour, the brand focuses on guided rituals rather than standalone products, encouraging people to slow down, follow intentional routines, and support their wellbeing proactively. The aim is simple yet powerful: to make self-care a reliable daily practice grounded in safety, transparency, and real-life usability, treating it with both clinical seriousness and emotional sensitivity. Every formulation and recommendation is built around safety, transparency, and intention, bringing credibility to an otherwise unstructured category.
The brand’s offerings span Inner Wellness, Root & Rise Hair Care, Glow & Radiance Skincare, and functional Herbal Teas, all created to support balanced, everyday wellbeing through guided rituals.
This philosophy is deeply shaped by founder Preeti Choudhary, whose 18+ years in regulatory affairs, pharmaceuticals, and microbiology inform the brand’s uncompromising standards. Her work with Pro-Business Consulting Limited (PBC), the brand’s parent company and a UK-based healthcare consulting firm, provided her with firsthand exposure to global regulatory frameworks, safety protocols, and quality benchmarks across international markets. With deep expertise in medtech, pharma regulation, and quality assurance, PBC ensures an unwavering commitment to safety, quality, and transparency, bringing healthcare-level standards into the world of self-care. This foundation has been seamlessly translated into building a credible, research-backed, ritual-led self-care brand grounded in compliance, efficacy, and true care.
Preeti Choudhary, Founder of Kaayu Rituals, shares, “Ayurveda has always believed in balance and prevention. My background in regulatory science has taught me the importance of safety, validation, and responsibility. Kaayu Rituals bring these two worlds together, ancient wisdom guided by modern standards, so that self-care feels both rooted and reliable.”
With its rollout across India, Kaayu Rituals aims to start conversations around preventive wellbeing, hormonal health, and stigma-free self-care. The brand makes everyday wellbeing structured, safe, and practical, enabling people to support themselves before concerns escalate.
