Dallas, Feb 16 — Inovar Packaging Group, LLC (“Inovar”), a leading provider of innovative and sustainable label printing and packaging solutions, has acquired Kiliper Corporation (“Kiliper”), a producer of stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, and printed film solutions. The acquisition broadens Inovar’s product capabilities, while also expanding its Midwest footprint.
Kiliper is a second-generation, family-owned wide-web printing and converting business with expertise in stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, polybags, and printed films. The company serves short-to-medium-run, regional and national customers across a diverse set of end markets, including food and beverage, household chemical, pet food, industrial, and janitorial/sanitation. Kiliper is known for its wide-web, its flexo printing and converting capabilities, and its ability to deliver high-quality, value-add solutions with fast turnaround times and great service.
“As we grow, we continue to pursue strategic acquisitions and partner with leadership teams that align with our values, enhance our technical capabilities, and expand the solutions we offer our customers,” said Jeff Brezek, CEO of Inovar. “Kiliper meaningfully expands our platform into stretch sleeves, roll-fed labels, and printed film applications, while complementing our existing manufacturing capabilities. Just as important, Kiliper brings a strong, values-driven culture centered on customer partnership, quality, and long-term relationships.”
Kiliper is owned and operated by siblings Tom Kiliper and Lindsay Maysent, who will stay on as Co-Presidents. “Kiliper has always been built on strong customer relationships, high-quality execution, and continuous investment in our capabilities,” said Tom and Lindsay. “Partnering with Inovar allows us to continue to build on that foundation, broaden our offerings, and deliver exceptional value to our customers.”
The acquisition represents another step in Inovar’s strategic growth plan as the company broadens its national platform and invests in differentiated labeling and packaging technologies.
