As part of its mandate, SRED was responsible for curating the food court brand mix, defining brand tenures and commercial structures, and executing the leasing strategy for the food and beverage zone. The objective was to position the food court as a high-engagement lifestyle anchor that enhances dwell time, repeat visitation, and overall footfall within the mall ecosystem.
