Fort Worth, Texas, Feb 10 — Novaria Group (“Novaria”), a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, today announced its acquisition of Plasma Ruggedized Solutions (“PRS”), a leading provider of high-reliability conformal coatings for sensitive electronics serving defense, medical, and advanced industrial applications.
PRS specializes in parylene coating, potting, and encapsulation solutions that protect electronics operating in harsh and demanding environments where performance and reliability are paramount. The acquisition further expands Novaria’s capabilities in advanced surface protection technologies for mission-critical electronics.
