
Greater Noida, Jan 30: India Exposition Centre & Mart, Greater Noida, today hosts the Curtain Raiser Programme for Bharat Shiksha Expo 2026 along with the Vishwa Guru Sammelan, formally announcing one of India’s most significant national and international platforms dedicated to education. The mega expo and conference are scheduled to be held from April 23 to 25, 2026, at India Exposition Centre & Mart, Greater Noida.
The Curtain Raiser Programme is presided over by Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, India Exposition Mart Ltd. (IEML), and features Dr. Zaheer Khan, Chairman, Federation of Education in India (FOEII), as the Special Guest.
On this occasion, the Federation of Education in India (FOEII) formally partners with Bharat Shiksha Expo 2026 to curate and lead the Vishwa Guru Sammelan, envisioned as a high-level national and international dialogue platform focused on India’s educational transformation and its journey towards global knowledge leadership.
The Curtain Raiser brings together educators, universities, policymakers, industry leaders, exhibitors, sponsors, and academic institutions from India and abroad. The programme invites participation from national and international universities, higher education institutions, and education innovators to showcase their contributions towards the effective implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) 2020.
Addressing the gathering, Dr. Rakesh Kumar, Chairman, IEML, states, “Education is the strongest foundation for nation-building. Speaking on the occasion, Dr. Zaheer Khan, Chairman, Federation of Education in India (FOEII), remarks, “The National Education Policy 2020 provides a transformative roadmap for India’s future.
