Located at 3838 Goliad Road in the Brooks region, Artana at Brooks offers one-, two-, and three-bedroom floor plans. Public community amenities include a dog park, green trail, outdoor gathering space, along with 10 acres worth of retail space soon to be developed by Brooks.

The Brooks region has experienced incredible growth in recent years, with household income rising 36% and the unemployment rate dropping 4%. With more than two dozen new restaurants in the surrounding area, expanding employment opportunities, and major infrastructure investments, including the $44 million IH-37 and SE Military Drive interchange improvements, the area continues to offer residents greater connectivity, convenience, and quality of life.
