The collection features favourites such as the Milk Fudge Cake (Parsi Mawa Cake), made with slow-cooked milk fudge, and the Filter Coffee Cake, combining South Indian filter coffee with chocolate sponge. Other offerings include the Chocolate Mousse Box, Caramel Biscoff Cup, Toasted Milk & Dulce Brownie, Strawberry Swiss Roll, Pistachio Dome Tart, Biscoff Cheesecake, Blackberry Layered Cake, Almond Tart and Raspberry Lamington, bringing together a variety of textures, flavours and international dessert inspirations.
The bakery also offers Chef’s signature creations, including The Coffee Bean, with dark roast coffee mousse, hazelnut filling and coffee-soaked sponge; the Black Velvet Tart, with raspberry compote and cream cheese; and a New York-style Blueberry Cheesecake topped with blueberry compote.
