Loylty Rewardz Champions Behaviour-Led Channel Engagement for Manufacturers at Future of Manufacturing Summit 2026

Mumbai, 09th October 2026: Loylty Rewardz, a BillDesk Group company and customer engagement and loyalty solutions provider, participated in the 9th Future of Manufacturing Summit & Awards 2026, held on 8th October 2026. The Summit brings together leaders from the manufacturing ecosystem around technology, digital transformation, and the future of smart and sustainable manufacturing.

Loylty Rewardz was represented by Ashwin Kannamani, VP & Business Head, Loyalty Solutions; Kirankumar Dash, AVP & BD Head, Loyalty Solutions; and Puneeth Sharma, Senior Manager, Loyalty Solutions.

At the Summit, Loylty Rewardz highlighted how channel loyalty is evolving beyond the traditional “sell more, earn more” model, with manufacturers increasingly looking at programs that encourage participation and influence specific partner behaviours.

Manufacturing ecosystems can span distributors, retailers, contractors, mechanics, painters, architects, and other influencers, making it important to design engagement around the distinct role each partner plays in the channel. As programs scale, challenges such as duplicate or ineligible claims, fragmented fulfilment, scattered financial records and underused channel data can affect program integrity and limit visibility across partners, products, and territories.

Ashwin Kannamani, VP & Business Head, Loyalty Solutions, Loylty Rewardz, said, “For manufacturers, loyalty can be more than an incentive program. By understanding the distinct roles of dealers, distributors, contractors and other influencers, businesses can engage partners more effectively and use loyalty as a strategic lever for channel growth.”
Loylty Rewardz’ experience across manufacturing categories demonstrates how channel programs can be tailored to specific business requirements, including:
  • Strengthening claim governance and misuse detection across dealer and painter ecosystems
  • Driving engagement among premium and UHNI architects through tailored engagement programs
  • Enabling multi-business-line dealer engagement through training, referrals, and feedback for a global tyre manufacturer
  • Building end-to-end premium dealer reward journeys, from identification and KYC to high-value redemptions for a leading consumer electricals manufacturer
Demonstrating the impact of these programs, one premium aluminium solutions program recorded a 40% increase in architect participation within the first nine months.

Against this backdrop, the expansion of India’s manufacturing sector is making connected and measurable partner ecosystems increasingly relevant. India’s registered manufacturing sector recorded 7.81% growth in industrial output in FY2024–25, while the number of manufacturing establishments increased to 2.67 lakh, according to the Ministry of Statistics and Program Implementation. As the sector grows, manufacturers are moving towards more connected and data-driven operations, with real-time insights, stronger governance and measurable business outcomes becoming increasingly important.

Loylty Rewardz focused on three priorities for channel programs: stronger partner engagement, greater control over incentive programs and actionable use of program data. Its broader channel loyalty offering is consistent with the company’s stated focus on using technology, behavioural and transactional data, program analytics and risk and outlier detection to drive measurable outcomes.

Its approach spans the partner journey from identification and onboarding to activity capture, program rules, rewards, and fulfilment, helping manufacturers create more relevant, controlled, and measurable channel engagement.
