Kolkata, 30th September 2026: Dhanvesttor, a women-focused wealth management firm with a social impact mission, plans to expand its footprint into North and West India. Through this expansion, the firm aims to provide financial literacy to over 2 lakh women in the next 12–18 months.
Founded by Anooshka Soham Bathwal, Dhanvesttor combines wealth management with workshops and community-led learning designed to help women speak openly about money and make informed financial decisions. Its programmes have engaged women at different life stages, from schoolgirls learning the basics of saving and budgeting to professionals and entrepreneurs exploring investing.
“Financial literacy can change the choices available to a woman throughout her life. Yet many women still feel that money and investing are conversations they are expected to leave to someone else,” said Anooshka Soham Bathwal, CEO and Founder, Dhanvesttor. “Our expansion into North and West India is a step towards changing that at scale. We want to reach over 2 lakh women in the next 12–18 months with practical knowledge that helps them take charge of their financial decisions.”
Dhanvesttor’s approach is built on the belief that access to financial products must be accompanied by the confidence to understand and use them. As it enters new regions, the firm plans to make its financial education initiatives relevant to women with different incomes, goals and levels of experience. The focus will range from everyday money management to planning, investing and long-term wealth creation.
“For us, social impact begins when a woman feels confident enough to ask questions about money, make a plan and act on it,” Bathwal added. “The 2 lakh target gives us a clear ambition, but the real measure of progress will be the financial confidence women carry forward.”
Headquartered in Kolkata, Dhanvesttor is registered with the Securities and Exchange Board of India as a portfolio manager.
