Bareilly, Sep 24: Invertis University successfully hosted the UP RISE 2026 startup pitching programme, organized by the Uttar Pradesh Government in collaboration with Times Network, under the theme “Samvaad, Sankalp, Safalta.” The programme provided young innovators and aspiring entrepreneurs with a platform to present their business ideas, engage with experts and explore opportunities available within Uttar Pradesh’s growing startup ecosystem.
Demonstrating the strong culture of innovation and entrepreneurship at Invertis University, 12 teams from the university participated in the pitching programme. The students presented ideas across diverse sectors, including environmental technology, healthcare, travel, agriculture, personal care, mine safety, digital marketplaces and functional beverages.
Following the evaluation of the startup presentations, Brahmabyte Innovations & Technology Private Limited emerged as the winner for its innovative environmental technology solution focused on addressing air pollution. Its flagship solution, the Pollution Catcher, has been designed to capture, reduce and monitor particulate matter and harmful pollutants released from industrial, commercial and urban sources.
TravelDekho Services Private Limited and SS Parts Planet Private Limited were jointly recognised as the first runners-up.
TravelDekho presented its travel-tech platform designed as a multi-vendor trip search engine, enabling users to discover, compare and select travel packages offered by different travel agencies and vendors. The platform seeks to improve transparency and simplify travel planning by allowing customers to compare packages based on budget, destination, duration and inclusions.
SS Parts Planet presented its vision of building an affordable and accessible ecosystem for mobile spare parts. The company aims to connect mobile repair professionals with genuine and cost-effective components while strengthening the mobile repair supply chain across India.
Other participating teams included Vayorica Private Limited, Minex, MediShedi, Heuk Care Private Limited, Kosh Imperial, G1 Solution, Kanjicool Private Limited and Saludferm Private Limited, among others. Their ideas addressed emerging consumer and societal requirements through solutions related to natural personal care, underground mine safety, medicine delivery, spiritual heritage discovery, autonomous agricultural drones, probiotic beverages and digital healthcare accessibility.

UP RISE 2026 is an initiative organized by the Uttar Pradesh Government in collaboration with Times Network, centred on startups, entrepreneurship, innovation, skill development and career opportunities. The initiative aims to empower college students and young entrepreneurs by bringing opportunities around funding, employment and professional mentorship to university campuses. Through programmes organised at universities and colleges across Uttar Pradesh, students are given opportunities to interact with industry experts, understand government schemes and startup-support mechanisms, and present their own business and innovation ideas.
The programme at Invertis University also enabled students to receive valuable feedback on their ideas, understand the expectations of the startup ecosystem and strengthen their approach towards business development, innovation and market readiness.
The university continues to promote an innovation-driven learning environment by supporting student-led ideas, facilitating incubation and mentorship, and providing aspiring founders with access to platforms that can help them develop scalable and impactful ventures.
