23 September 2026: Konica Minolta Business Solutions India showcased its expanding portfolio of Unified Communication solutions at InfoComm India 2026, being held from 16–18 September 2026 in Mumbai, under the theme “Experience. Engage. Empower.”
The theme reflects Konica Minolta’s broader direction for the modern workplace — technology experience that are simpler to use, enable more meaningful engagement and empower organisations and people to collaborate more effectively across physical and digital environments.
Structured around three interactive experience zones — Experience, Engage and Empower — the showcase demonstrated how communication, audio-visual, collaboration and digital workplace technologies can work together to create more connected, intuitive and productive workplace environments.
Taking centre stage showcasing the Innex Omni and Innex Connect Pro+, the latest additions to Konica Minolta’s unified communication portfolio.
The Innex Omni is designed as an integrated conferencing solution that brings advanced audio and video capabilities together to enable intelligent and seamless communication across modern meeting environments.
The Innex Connect Pro+ extends this experience through secure wireless conferencing, instant meeting access and high-quality content sharing, enabling users to connect and collaborate with greater flexibility while reducing the complexity traditionally associated with meeting-room technology.
These new additions were showcased alongside the Innex CM55, an all-in-one collaboration solution combining video conferencing, touch interaction, intelligent camera capabilities, audio and interactive collaboration within a single platform. Designed to simplify hybrid meetings, the solution helps organisations reduce technology complexity while creating a more intuitive and engaging meeting experience.
Also on display was IdeaoHub, bringing together interactive collaboration, content sharing and video conferencing, alongside Innex Connect, which enables simplified wireless conferencing and content sharing.
Konica Minolta also demonstrated the Innex C570 and Innex Cube, designed to support high-quality and more inclusive video collaboration through Ai camera and intelligent framing capabilities.
The portfolio was further complemented by the ADAPT and IMPACT series of professional headsets, together with EXPAND speakerphones, addressing communication requirements across individual workstations, contact centres, huddle spaces and meeting environments.
Together, the portfolio demonstrated how Konica Minolta is moving beyond standalone devices towards a more connected workplace approach — where people, content, communication platforms and meeting technologies come together as one seamless experience.

The showcase demonstrated how the modern workplace extends beyond connected meeting spaces to the way information moves across an organisation. The showcase also highlighted the broader transformation taking place across enterprise workplaces.
