BOSTON & NEW YORK, Sept 16 — Partners Capital Investment Group (“Partners Capital”), a leading global investment office with over $84 billion in assets under management1, today announced the appointment of Jennifer Fox Bensimon as head of the firm’s Co-Investment program.
Jennifer joined Partners Capital on the Co-Investment team in September 2024. She was previously with private equity firms Trilantic North America and LNK Partners, where she focused on middle-market investing across the consumer and business services sectors.
Since joining the firm, Jennifer has been instrumental in leading a step-change in its Co-Investment strategy. She played an integral role in the firm’s Merlin IV fundraise, which closed in December 2025, and has expanded the program’s sourcing and deal activity, deploying over $1 billion of capital across more than 25 deals to date.
The firm’s dedicated Co-Investment platform, Merlin, which launched in 2019, invests alongside high-conviction private equity managers as an aligned equity partner in single-asset transactions across a range of structures. Partners Capital has deployed over $2.5 billion in private equity co-investments to date.
Arjun Raghavan, Chief Executive Officer at Partners Capital, said, “Since joining us two years ago, Jennifer has played a critical role in driving up the scale and quality of our co-investment deal flow. We have great confidence in her continued leadership to deepen our co-investment capabilities at a time when these are likely to play an increasingly important role in client portfolios.”
“As a former direct private equity investor herself for over a decade, Jennifer has brought a wealth of underwriting experience to our program,” added Alex Band, Chief Investment Officer at Partners Capital. “She understands firsthand how to be a trusted partner to private equity managers, and we are excited for Jennifer’s leadership as we continue to execute on high-quality co-investment opportunities.”
“It is a privilege to lead such an important element of Partners Capital’s platform, and to steward capital for so many of our clients who want access to differentiated private markets investments,” said Jennifer Fox Bensimon. “As the opportunity set for co-investment continues to grow, I could not be more excited for what’s to come.”
