WESTMINSTER, Colo., Sept 15 — Loenbro, LLC (“Loenbro” or the “Company”), a multi-craft provider of highly technical, specialized services to the data center, infrastructure, and diversified industrial markets, announced today that it has acquired Prism Electric (“Prism”), a leading electrical contractor with a strong foothold in Texas and Oklahoma. The transaction, representing the largest acquisition in Loenbro’s history, will help the Company expand its electrical service capabilities, strengthen its presence in high-growth markets, and cement its position as a nationally recognized contractor.

Founded in 1994, Prism Electric has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality electrical construction services across a broad range of healthcare, industrial, commercial, and mission-critical projects.

The addition of Prism allows Loenbro to deliver an even more comprehensive suite of electrical and specialty services, and support complex projects across rapidly expanding markets, including data centers, healthcare, advanced manufacturing, energy, aviation, commercial construction, and industrial infrastructure. The companies will build upon their shared commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence to continue to meet the needs of customers nationwide.

“The acquisition of Prism Electric represents a transformational milestone for Loenbro and a significant step forward in our long-term growth strategy,” said Daniel Cowan, Chief Executive Officer of Loenbro. “Prism has built an exceptional reputation for delivering high-quality electrical services, developing strong customer partnerships, and fostering a values-driven culture that aligns closely with our own. We are excited to welcome Prism’s talented team to the Loenbro family and look forward to leveraging our complementary capabilities, expanded customer base, and broader geographic reach to create enhanced opportunities for employees, customers, and communities across the country.”

Prism brings approximately 2,500 employees to Loenbro, significantly scaling Loenbro’s workforce, operational capacity, and geographic footprint throughout the Southern United States. Members of Prism’s leadership team will assume key operational leadership roles within Loenbro’s South Region, helping to ensure business continuity and the successful integration of the two organizations.

“I’ve been planning for Prism’s future for a long time, and my biggest priority has always been creating opportunities for our people. As we got to know the Loenbro team, it became clear that our values, culture, and vision for the future were closely aligned,” said Blake Combs, President of Prism Electric. “This isn’t a change in direction for Prism. It’s the next step in our growth, and I’m excited about what we’ll accomplish together for our employees, customers, and communities.”

In December 2025, Loenbro entered into a strategic partnership with Kohlberg, a leading U.S. middle-market private equity firm, to accelerate its growth and expansion strategy. The acquisition of Prism is a key component of that long-term strategy.
