Goa, Sep 08: Goa Institute of Management has announced the opening of admissions for its 2027–29 batch, with applications for its four full-time postgraduate management programmes now open. 
GIM offers 720 seats across its programmes as follows:

Post Graduate Diploma in Management: 300 seats

PGDM in Healthcare Management: 120 seats
-
PGDM in Big Data Analytics : 180 seats

PGDM in Banking, Insurance and Financial Services: 120 seats
Candidates applying to the full-time programmes must have:

A minimum 50% aggregate in their Bachelor’s degree, with 45% applicable for SC/ST candidates.

Applicants must have taken or appeared for XAT 2027, CAT 2026, or GMAT taken between 1 January 2025 and 31 January 2027.
Additionally, candidates completing their degree requirements by June 2027 are also eligible to apply.
GIM’s admissions process includes regular admissions as well as an Achiever’s Round, a profile-based shortlisting process that considers achievements in areas such as academics, sports, co-curricular activities, and professional experience. Candidates may be shortlisted for the Achiever’s Round without their CAT/XAT/GMAT scores being considered initially, with scores factored in subsequently. Select candidates may receive a spot admission offer, while others may be considered alongside regular applicants. The Achiever’s Round centres will be located in Goa, Kolkata, and Delhi. Scholarships and Tution-Fee waivers
GIM continues to focus on access and merit through a range of scholarships and tuition-fee waivers. For the 2027–29 batch, the Academic Competence and Excellence Scholarship Scheme includes scholarships worth Rs. 5 lakh each for:

In addition to this, GIM also offers other tution-fee waivers. Deserving students whose annual family income is below Rs. 8 lakh may be eligible for full tuition-fee waivers, subject to the applicable conditions and limits.
