Mumbai / Bengaluru, Sep 08: ArisUnitern RE Solutions Private Limited, the Developer-as-a-Service platform of Arisinfra Solutions Limited , has signed a DaaS engagement with O2 Spaces, a partnership firm that is part of the Vaishnavi Residences Group, to provide DaaS services for “Morning Mist,” a residential apartment project in Whitefield, Bengaluru.
This partnership covers the developer’s share of approximately 2.0 lakh sq. ft. of saleable area, out of the total development size of 3,30,000 SF at “Morning Mist” at the heart of the IT Hub of Bengaluru, Whitefield, and marks the third project Unitern has been engaged on with the Vaishnavi Residences Group, reinforcing a deepening relationship with one of Bengaluru’s established residential developers. The engagement also carries an estimated material supply opportunity of ₹100+ Cr for Arisinfra, reflecting the scale of the Money-Material-Management value chain Unitern brings to the project.
Under the engagement, Unitern will act as the project’s exclusive DaaS Partner, with responsibilities spanning the entire value chain of the project including, design, project and construction coordination, branding, sales and marketing execution, CRM and collections, day to day operations management, channel partner management, and investor/lender coordination delivered through Unitern’s DaaS platform built around its Money, Material and Management framework. The engagement commences September 15, 2026, for an initial term of 36 months, extendable by mutual consent.
