Lucknow, Sep 03: On the occasion of the birthday of Shri Rajnath Singh, Defense Minister of the Government of India and popular MP of Lucknow On this auspicious occasion, the 40-day Jan Seva Shivir Abhiyan, launched under the leadership of BBD Group President, public servant and BJP youth leader Viraj Sagar Das, successfully concluded on its 41st day. The campaign began on July 10th at the Burlington Square in Nazarbagh, Lucknow’s central region, and concluded on the birthday of Mr. Neeraj Singh, the honorable state vice-president of the BJP, Uttar Pradesh.
Under this special campaign, the benefits of the Central and State Government’s public welfare schemes were made available to the people by organizing 2 to 3 day camps in various wards and colonies of Lucknow. In the camp, mainly under the ‘Ayushman Bharat Yojana’, more than ten thousand free Ayushman cards were made and information and assistance regarding various public welfare schemes was provided, so that the elderly and the deprived sections of the society could avail the benefits of all the services at their homes.
On the 41st day of the conclusion, BBD Group President and BJP youth leader Shri Vi Raj Sagar Das conducted a site inspection of the camp going on at Sant Ravi Das Mandir Bhim Nagar Vishwas Khand, Gomti Nagar. After having cordial conversation with the beneficiaries, women and senior citizens who had come to the camp, Ayushman Bharat cards were distributed and their well-being was enquired. On this occasion, Shri Viraj Sagar Das said that public service is the basic objective of our social and public life.
It is our collective responsibility to take the welfare schemes of the government to the person standing at the last rung of the society. This campaign has been a humble effort to bring the resolve of the Honorable Defense Minister of service and dedication to the ground.
Starting from the birthday of Honorable Defense Minister Shri Rajnath Singh and completing this Seva Yatra on the birthday of BJP State Vice President Shri Neeraj Singh ji is very inspiring for all of us. Presenting an example of social responsibility, under this campaign, a very talented student of Shrimad Dayanand Bal Sadan Orphanage Moti Nagar, Lucknow was given a full scholarship for studying engineering in BBD University. During this 41 day Seva Yagya, more than ten thousand citizens of Lucknow, especially the elderly and helpless families, directly benefited from health security and government schemes.
