Sept 02 – Addverb, a global leader in robotics and warehouse automation solutions, today announced the release of its Sustainability Report for FY 2025–26, highlighting significant progress in water stewardship and resource efficiency alongside its broader environmental, social and governance initiatives.
A key highlight of the report is Addverb’s progress towards water positivity. During FY 2025–26, the company recorded a Water Positivity Index (WPI) of 1.51, with its facility categorised as Water Positive. The company also achieved a 30% reduction in overall water consumption through system optimisation, despite an increase in its workforce. As part of its water stewardship efforts, legal compliance requirements relating to water abstraction, use, recycling and discharge were reviewed, with no major non-compliance identified during the verification period. The company further reduced its GHG emissions intensity by 72.78% and harvested 18,573 KL of rainwater at its Bot Valley and Bot Verse facilities during the year.
The focus on water forms part of Addverb’s broader approach to improving resource efficiency across its operations. Its solar installations at Bot Valley and Bot Verse generated an average of 1,606 kWh of clean energy every day, while 11.57% of the company’s total energy demand was met through renewable sources, mitigating 416.33 tCO₂e emissions during FY 2025–26. Addverb also achieved a 22.01% reduction in Scope 1 greenhouse gas emissions and a 28.84% reduction in Scope 3 emissions during the year.

Addverb has also continued to strengthen its natural ecosystem around its operations, with more than 5,000 trees comprising 25 native flora species that support over 30+ native wildlife species. These initiatives complement the company’s focus on resource conservation and responsible operations.
The report further reflects Addverb’s efforts to embed sustainability across its value chain and governance framework. During FY 2025–26, 19% of supplier evaluations incorporated environmental and social performance parameters, encouraging greater sustainability across the supply chain. The company also formalised a comprehensive Risk Management Policy, strengthening its approach to identifying and managing strategic, operational and sustainability-related risks.
As Addverb continues to expand its global operations, the company is embedding sustainability into the way it designs, manufactures and operates.
