New Delhi, Aug 21: IndiGo’s digital services faced another technical disruption on Friday, causing difficulties for passengers trying to book flights, complete web check-ins and use other online services.
The airline acknowledged the problem, saying it was experiencing intermittent issues with its core reservation platform. IndiGo said its technical teams were working with a partner to restore the affected services as quickly as possible.
Some passengers reported that the airline’s website was showing a “no data available” message while attempting to access booking services. Others said they faced problems with flight bookings, web check-in and payment confirmations. Some users also reported difficulties accessing the airline’s mobile application.
The latest disruption comes just two days after IndiGo reported a similar technical issue with its reservation system. The repeated problems have caused concern among passengers who depend on the airline’s digital platforms for booking and other travel-related services.
IndiGo has not yet provided details about the exact cause of the latest disruption or said when all online services will return to normal.
As one of India’s largest airlines, IndiGo handles a significant share of domestic air travel. Any prolonged disruption to its booking and reservation systems can therefore affect a large number of passengers.
The airline has advised customers to bear with the inconvenience while its teams continue efforts to resolve the issue.
