India, Aug 20: Stockify, which is a WealthTech platform that focuses on unlisted shares as well as pre-IPO investments and alternative forms of wealth solutions, has reported business transactions amounting to more than ₹600 crores in the year 2025 and profitability of ₹10 crores. This has been the basis of Stockify achieving 3x growth in the year 2026 as compared to the previous year.

The growth comes at a time when there is a heightened interest from investors in the area of alternative investments, including unlisted shares and pre-IPO companies. As investors have come to explore opportunities from sources beyond the recognized market platforms, Stockify has therefore concentrated on improving its skills in the area of technology, network of investors, and holding in the market.
As part of the expansion initiative, the company has opened its offices in different business and finance centers of the country, such as Gurugram, Bengaluru, and Mumbai. It has also expanded its international reach with the opening of an office in Dubai.
According to Piyush Jhunjhunwala, the Founder & CEO of Stockify,
“The massive growth we are witnessing in 2026 is an indicator of the changing investment landscape and the growing trust by investors in alternative investments. Our operations have already generated ₹600 crore in business volume and a profit of ₹10 crore in 2025. However, this year’s growth is particularly noteworthy. The expansion in Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Dubai is an indicator of our ambition to create a complete WealthTech ecosystem that makes investment accessible for a larger number of investors globally.”
The growth of Stockify focuses on both geographical expansion and an investment ecosystem built on modern technologies. With its unique combination of education, research, and technology, the company gives access to investments in unlisted and pre-IPO markets.
Stockify’s geographical footprint now covers some cities, such as Gurugram, Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Dubai, which is indicative of Stockify’s intention to broaden its audience and strengthen its position within the Indian ecosystem of alternative investments and the WealthTech sector. The company’s growth rate of 3X, along with its expansion to new locations, indicates a new phase in Stockify’s development.
