BOCA RATON, Fla., August 19 — Integrated Dermatology, the country’s largest independent dermatology provider, has entered the Kentucky market through a new partnership with Knuckles Dermatology, which will now operate as Integrated Dermatology of Kentucky, effective August 18, 2026. The expansion extends Integrated Dermatology’s national footprint and brings its provider-focused model to patients in Corbin, Richmond and surrounding southeastern Kentucky communities.

Integrated Dermatology of Kentucky provides comprehensive dermatologic care, including medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology, from its locations at 1101 East Master Street in Corbin and 519 Hampton Way, Suite 4 in Richmond. The practice will continue expanding its clinical team with a focus on providing accessible, high-quality care supported by additional resources and expanded provider coverage.

Dr. Knuckles continues to provide dermatologic care at the practice. As part of the partnership, the practice adds two board-certified family nurse practitioners, Lauren Hayes, APRN, FNP-C, and Jordan Patterson, APRN, FNP-C, to its clinical team, expanding provider capacity across the Corbin and Richmond locations.

“Entering Kentucky expands our national footprint and gives patients across the region access to high-quality dermatologic care,” said Nicholas Anguish, President of Integrated Dermatology. “This partnership reflects our commitment to supporting practices with the resources and infrastructure they need to grow and continue serving their communities.”

Established in 2004, Integrated Dermatology operates practices in nearly 30 states across the U.S. as part of a continued growth strategy that pairs local practice partnerships with centralized business infrastructure. The company’s model gives dermatologists profit-sharing, full clinical autonomy and long-term growth opportunities, while Integrated Dermatology handles the operational and administrative work behind the scenes.
