Available for both lunch and dinner, the festival celebrates the timeless Japanese tradition of expertly grilled skewers, prepared live and served fresh from the grill.
Inspired by Japan’s bustling yakitori alleys and izakaya culture, Kushiyaki Matsuri presents a thoughtfully curated menu featuring an array of handcrafted skewers marinated in authentic Japanese flavours and grilled to perfection. Guests can indulge in a selection of chicken, prawn, squid, vegetable, tofu and paneer skewers, each paired with signature marinades such as Miso Garlic, Yuzu Kosho, Teriyaki, Black Sesame, Garlic Butter, Soy Garlic, Seven Spice and more, offering a delightful balance of smoky, savoury and umami-rich flavours.
Prepared live by Miyuki’s culinary team, every skewer showcases the precision and simplicity that define Japanese grilling, allowing guests to experience fresh ingredients elevated through traditional techniques and bold yet balanced seasonings.
