Gurugram, Aug 04: RITES Ltd. the leading Transport Infrastructure Consultancy and Engineering firm, today announced its standalone and consolidated financial results for the Quarter ended on June 30th, 2026.

Q1FY27 Financials (Consolidated)

Commenting on the results, Mr. Rahul Mithal, Chairman and Managing Director, RITES Limited, said, “We are on track on the roadmap set by us for the growth targets for FY27.”
 
Financial Performance in Q1FY27
RITES operating revenue (consolidated), excluding other income, stands at ₹532 crore in Q1FY27 as against ₹490 crore in Q1FY26, up by 8.6%. Total revenue is ₹561 crore as against ₹512 crore in Q1FY26. EBITDA and PAT stand at ₹119 crore and ₹98 crore with margins of 22.4% and 17.4%, respectively.
 
Standalone
Operating revenue, excluding other income, stands at ₹498 crore in Q1FY27 against ₹456 crore in Q1FY26. Total standalone revenue is ₹525 crore against ₹476 crore in Q1FY26. EBITDA and PAT, with respective margins of 17.2% and 13.7%, stand at ₹85 crore and ₹72 crore against ₹84 crore and ₹67 crore, respectively, in Q1FY26.
 
Segmental Performance (Standalone)
The Consultancy business continues to provide the highest revenue to the company and achieved the revenue of ₹272 crore with margins at 31.4% in Q1FY27. While leasing revenue stands at ₹49 crore with 38.1% margins, the turnkey revenue is ₹176 crore. The pick-up in export revenue is expected from the next quarter onwards.
 
Dividend
The Board of Directors has declared the interim dividend of ₹1.4 per share amounting
₹67.28 crore. The record date for the purpose of payment of dividend is August 10, 2026.
 
Order Book
The company has secured more than 120 orders (including extension of works) worth more than ₹674 crore in Q1FY27, thereby reaching an all-time-high order book of ₹9445 crore as on June 30th, 2026.
 
Outlook
On the growth prospects, Mr. Mithal said, “As we aim to reach the growth targets set by us, the key focus for this FY is to identify solutions interfacing cutting-edge technology to enable best-in-class delivery.”
