India, Aug 4: Liqvd Asia has been selected to manage the social media and online reputation management  mandate for Narayana Health, following an intensive multi-agency pitch process. The mandate reflects the growing importance of digital platforms in how people discover, researchand engage with healthcare providers – often well before a patient walks into a hospital.

With a wide network of hospitals across India and a commitment to making quality healthcare accessible at scale, Narayana Health has built a strong presence in the country’s healthcare landscape. Today, digital platforms play an increasingly important role in how people research healthcare providers, seek information, understand treatment options, and form perceptions about institutions. This has made a digital presence and reputation an important part of how healthcare brands build and sustain trust.

Under the mandateLiqvd Asia will work with Narayana Health to strengthen its social media presence and online reputation, with a focus on creating relevant, credible and meaningful conversations across digital platforms. The partnership brings together Narayana Health’s expertise in healthcare with Liqvd Asia‘s capabilities across social media, digital storytelling and online reputation management.

Commenting on the partnership, Arnab Mitra, Founder and Managing Director, Liqvd Asia, said,

“In healthcare, the most important digital conversation often happens before a person ever becomes a patient. It could be a search, a question, or simply an attempt to understand what comes next. The opportunity, therefore, is not to talk louder, but to be more useful and relevant in the moments that matter. Narayana Health brings immense scale and credibility to this space, and we look forward to bringing that purpose into the digital world in a way that feels authentic to today’s audiences.”

Abhishek Misra, Country Head – Brand & Marketing, Narayana Health, said,

“When someone is looking for healthcare, they are often looking for more than just information. They are looking for clarity, confidence, and at times, reassurance. As digital experience becomes part of that relationship, it is important for us to communicate with the same sense of responsibility that we bring to the care we provide. Partnering with Liqvd Asia gives us the right expertise to build that presence with rigour and relevance.”

The partnership comes at a time when the relationship between healthcare institutions and their audiences is increasingly extending beyond the hospital environment. As more people turn to digital platforms to seek information, understand their choices and navigate their healthcare journeys, the mandate will focus on making Narayana Health’s digital presence a more meaningful part of that experience.
