Parul Sevashram Hospital serves as the teaching hospital of Parul Institute of Medical Sciences & Research, a constituent institute of Parul University, Vadodara — one of India’s largest multidisciplinary private universities and the youngest in the country to receive a NAAC A++ accreditation in its first assessment cycle. DRIS–iMRI Medharanya is being jointly developed by TMIV in collaboration with Dr. Iype Cherian, a globally renowned neurosurgeon, educator, and innovator. TMIV worked closely with surgeons to understand their real-world requirements in building the solution.
Dr. Cherian completed his M.Ch (Neurosurgery) at CMC Vellore and advanced fellowship training in Skull Base and Vascular Neurosurgery at Nagoya, Japan. He is internationally recognized for pioneering neurosurgical techniques, including novel craniotomy approaches and the concept of Brain Cooling, influencing modern neurosurgical practice and postoperative recovery strategies.
