Mumbai, Aug 3: STUDDS Accessories Ltd., one of the world’s two-wheeler helmet manufacturers, announced the launch of the Raider Youth, a new full-face helmet model built for young riders and petite adults. Launching first in the Unicolor variant, it marks the entry of a dedicated small-size full-face helmet into the STUDDS range, with further decal editions in the pipeline.
Children’s and youth helmets in India have traditionally been offered in open-face designs, which leave the chin and lower face unprotected in the event of a fall. The Raider Youth addresses this with a full chin-bar construction, extending the level of protection available to younger riders and smaller adults. It is equally suited for petite adults, including women, who have had limited full-face options in smaller head sizes.
A New Model, Built for a Younger Rider
The shell is modelled on adult premium full-face motorcycle helmets, giving the Raider Youth a design young riders will recognise and want to wear – a deliberate departure from the boxy, utilitarian profiles typical of most helmets in this segment. The Dynamic Ventilation System with top air exhausts actively channels airflow through the helmet, going a step beyond the basic passive vents common among youth helmets at this price. The Raider Youth is available in two compact sizes, XXS (520 mm) and XS (540 mm), covering the head circumference range typical of children, teenagers, and adults with small head size. The micro-fibre fabric liner keeps the interior comfortable during extended use.
12 Colours at Launch
The debut Unicolor variant is available in 12 colours, first in the industry for this category: White, Black, Cherry Red, Flame Blue, Lavender Pink, Pastel Green, Petrol Blue, Dark Pink, Chameleon Pink, Chameleon Blue, Matt Black, and Military Green. The palette spans solid and matte finishes alongside colour-shifting chameleon options, giving riders across age groups and preferences a choice that suits them.

The Raider Youth is ISI certified. The helmet is built with a high-impact ABS outer shell and regulated-density EPS liner, engineered to absorb and distribute impact energy while remaining lightweight for younger wearers.
