CHICAGO, August 1 — Neal Gerber Eisenberg (NGE) is pleased to announce that Tal Izraeli has joined the firm as a partner in its Real Estate practice group.
Tal brings more than two decades of experience advising developers, investors, lenders and borrowers on sophisticated commercial real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, leasing, joint ventures and distressed asset matters. He regularly counsels clients on the drafting and negotiation of purchase and sale agreements, loan documents, leases and other transaction-related agreements. He also advises buyers and sellers of distressed real estate loans.

Tal has extensive national leasing experience, representing both landlords and tenants in the negotiation of office, industrial and retail leases, as well as advising on due diligence, lease amendments and lease terminations. Additionally, he has represented major national retailers in the negotiation of retail and warehouse leases and counsels corporate clients on the negotiation and preparation of service agreements and related corporate matters.

Tal earned his J.D. from DePaul University College of Law, his LL.M. in Real Estate from the University of Illinois Chicago School of Law, and his B.A. from Michigan State University.
