DENVER , July 31 — Pursuit Attractions and Hospitality, Inc. (“Pursuit”) (NYSE: PRSU) today announced that it has completed the sale of its Flyover flying theater attraction business (“Flyover”) to Brogent Technologies Inc. for $75 million, subject to customary purchase price adjustments, representing a multiple of approximately 14.5 times Flyover’s 2025 Adjusted EBITDA contribution. The $75 million purchase price was revised downward from the originally agreed $78.4 million in connection with the resolution of certain closing conditions, with the reduction more than offset by the earnings of the business during the April to July extended closing period.
“The sale of Flyover aligns our portfolio with our go-forward strategy to grow our core sightseeing attractions and hospitality experiences in iconic destinations and deliver on our Vision 2030 targets,” said David Barry, Pursuit president and chief executive officer. “With the transaction complete, we further sharpen our singular focus with substantial capacity to reinvest in high-return organic growth projects, strategic acquisitions, and opportunistic share repurchases.”
Flyover provides guests with multi-sensory flying theater experiences showcasing awe-inspiring scenery from around the world with state-of-the-art motion seating, media, and special effects. During 2025, Flyover welcomed 1.4 million visitors across its four locations in Vancouver, Iceland, Las Vegas, and Chicago. Brogent is a global leader in flying ride technology and attraction engineering, delivering over 100 media-based attraction solutions in more than 20 countries.
“Flyover delivers exceptional guest experiences, led by a strong team,” shared Barry. “The business will be well positioned for continued success under a new strategic owner focused on maximizing its growth potential.”
