
Bengaluru, July 31: Rossell Techsys Limited , a leading provider of high-reliability engineering and manufacturing solutions for the aerospace, defence, semiconductor, and space sectors, announced its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company delivered a record-breaking start to FY27, with Revenue from Operations surging 78% year-on-year to ₹154.7 crore, marking the highest-ever quarterly revenue in the company’s history, and Profit Before Tax (PBT) soaring 139% year-on-year to ₹9.60 crore, driven by disciplined execution, expanding customer engagements, and sustained momentum across its core businesses.
During the quarter, Rossell Techsys strengthened its presence across the Aerospace & Defence and Semiconductor sectors by successfully onboarding a major global semiconductor customer following an extensive qualification process. The company also progressed customer qualification programmes and capacity expansion initiatives and continues to see strong demand visibility, with its manufacturing capacity, resources, and infrastructure aligned to support planned production ramp-ups.
Key Financial Highlights: Q1 FY26–27
● Revenue from Operations increased 78% year-on-year to ₹154.71 crore.
● Profit Before Tax (PBT) increased 139% year-on-year to ₹9.60 crore.
● EBITDA grew 95% year-on-year to ₹23.30 crore, with an EBITDA margin of 15.06%
● Profit After Tax (PAT) stood at ₹6.98 crore.
● Earnings Per Share (EPS) stood at ₹1.85.
The company’s business momentum was reflected in a healthy order pipeline, with bids worth over ₹350 crore submitted and purchase orders valued at ₹240 crore secured during the quarter. Rossell Techsys Inc. (RTI), the Company’s U.S. subsidiary, also achieved key milestones, including successful qualification audits, the receipt of a Letter of Intent from an international defence company, and participation in a global satellite communications programme.

To support its next phase of growth, Rossell Techsys continued to strengthen its manufacturing and organisational capabilities during the quarter. The company secured an additional manufacturing facility at Aerospace Park, Bengaluru, which is expected to become operational in the second half of FY27, and enhanced its financial flexibility through an additional ₹75 crore working capital facility, and initiated a proposed Qualified Institutions Placement (QIP) to raise up to ₹300 crore, supporting capacity expansion, strategic growth initiatives, and a stronger balance sheet. The Company also expanded its workforce to 1,281 professionals.
