Gifts World Expo and Paperworld Delhi open in New Delhi, bringing 850 exhibitors and 6,000 brands under one roof

New Delhi, July 31: The 31st edition of Gifts World Expo opened today alongside the debut edition of Paperworld Delhi at Bharat Mandapam, New Delhi, creating a major combined sourcing platform for the gifting, stationery, paper and office supplies sectors. Spread across six halls, the three-day trade fairs feature over 850 exhibitors, 6,000 brands and 30,000 products, with attendance expected to cross 35,000 visitors.

Together, the co-located exhibitions offer buyers and trade professionals a comprehensive sourcing destination. Gifts World Expo, spanning Halls 1–5, showcases products across festive, wedding, trousseau, corporate, promotional, lifestyle and premium gifting. The expo features a diverse range of categories, including Awards & Rewards, Promotional Gift Products, Houseware & Kitchen Appliances, Branding & Customisation Machinery, Electronic Gadgets & Home Appliances, Luxury & Premium Gifts, Gift Packaging Materials & Accessories, Confectionery, Beverages & Gourmet Products, Wellness, Beauty & Grooming, Apparel & Accessories, Bags & Travel Accessories, and Handicrafts, Home Décor & Home Textiles, bringing together the latest innovations and trends from across the gifting industry under one roof.

Paperworld Delhi, occupying Hall 6, marks the brand’s expansion to the national capital following five successful editions in Mumbai. The launch gives manufacturers and suppliers direct access to North India’s large retail, education, corporate procurement and distribution markets while bringing an internationally recognised trade fair brand alongside one of India’s established B2B gifting exhibitions. The exhibition showcases stationery, office and school supplies, writing instruments, educational products, creative materials, workplace essentials, paper goods, premium pens, sustainable stationery, packaging solutions, and printing and finishing technologies. A major attraction at Paperworld Delhi is the Creativeworld Trends 2026 Showcase, presented in India as part of Messe Frankfurt’s international trend roadshow. Developed by German trend bureau Stilbüro bora.herke.palmisano, the showcase presents three themes—Modern Romantics, New Rebels and Cool Classics—offering visitors insights into the colours, materials, designs and creative influences expected to shape future stationery, paper and craft markets.

The exhibition marks the debut attraction, Gifts World Trend Zone this year and also includes dedicated features designed to support product discovery and business engagement. These include the Start-up & Innovation Hub for emerging enterprises, the Sustainability & Innovation Hub showcasing responsible materials and solutions, the Discovery Hub featuring new collections and market ideas, and the Entertainment Hub, which provides an informal setting for professional interaction.
