Blending classic regional dishes with modern global interpretations, this exclusive dinner celebrates just how versatile mutton can be, served up through a generous buffet bursting with bold flavours and genuine craftsmanship.
Drawing inspiration from Kolkata’s legendary Hogg Market, Grand Market Pavilion is built around six lively, interactive food theatres representing culinary traditions from around the world. Set against this vibrant backdrop, G-O-A-T Friday takes guests on a flavour-filled journey, with each station offering its own take on mutton, prepared by the hotel’s master chefs.
The specially crafted menu boasts a wide array of dishes, including Paaye Ka Shorba, Tandoori Raan, Gosht Seekh, Chapli Kebab, Champaran Gosht, Nihari, Mutton Rogan Josh, Kosha Mangsho, Gosht Metiabruz Biryani, Congee Crispy Lamb, Mutton Momos, Lamb Dan Dan Noodles, Sagoli Mangkha Keema Ball, Napong Sho, and Grilled Lamb Chops — along with several other signature creations inspired by both Indian and international culinary traditions.
