New Delhi, July 29: Shangri-La Eros New Delhi invites guests to Tamra, its award-winning international cuisine restaurant, for A Taste of Assam, an exclusive pop-up in collaboration with Chef Pin by home chef Ayesha Zaman. From 30th July to 1st August, 2026 the three-day showcase will present an authentic exploration of Assamese cuisine, introducing diners to the distinctive flavours, culinary traditions, and cultural heritage of one of India’s most remarkable regions.
For home chef Ayesha Zaman, every dish tells the story of home.
