24th July: Modern Public School, Shalimar Bagh, welcomed Mayur, the official mascot of the Commonwealth Table Tennis Championship 2026 in an engaging and inspiring visit. His presence brought the excitement of international sports to the school campus. His vibrant presence encouraged students to embrace the values of sportsmanship, discipline, teamwork and perseverance.
This interaction with Mayur and the students brought unmatched enthusiasm for one of the prestigious sporting events that will be hosted at Thyagraj Stadium in New Delhi from July 27 to August 2, 2026. It will bring together leading table tennis players from more than 25 Commonwealth nations.
