New Delhi, India, July 21: Saraf and Partners celebrated its Foundation Day with colleagues from across its offices coming together to mark a milestone that reflects one of the most remarkable growth stories in the Indian legal profession. The celebrations recognised not only the firm’s achievements over the past five years, but also the people whose commitment, loyalty and excellence have been instrumental in building the institution.
Since its establishment in 2021, Saraf and Partners has emerged as one of India’s leading full-service law firms, advising domestic and international clients on many of the country’s most significant transactions, disputes and regulatory matters. Today, the firm comprises 45 Partners and head count of more than 250 across multiple offices.
A defining feature of this year’s Foundation Day celebrations was the recognition of professionals who have shared a long-standing association with Founder and Managing Partner Mohit Saraf. While the firm itself is five years old, many members of its leadership, lawyers and business support teams have worked alongside Mr. Saraf for well over a decade, reflecting enduring professional relationships built on trust, shared values and a shared pursuit of excellence.
In recognition of these exceptional associations, the firm honoured 12 colleagues who have completed over 10 years, 9 colleagues who have completed over 15 years, and 7 colleagues who have completed more than 20 years of working alongside Mr. Saraf. The long–service honours underscore a culture of mentorship and institution-building that has become a defining characteristic of Saraf and Partners.
The Foundation Day celebrations also marked the firm’s annual promotions, recognising lawyers who have demonstrated outstanding professional excellence, leadership, client service and consistent performance.
As part of this year’s promotions, Aditya Vikram Singh, Anupm Prakash, Sanya Sud, Abhishek Chansoria and Keshav Pareek have been elevated to the Partnership.
The firm also promoted eight professionals to Principal Associate and nine professionals to Senior Associate, further strengthening its leadership pipeline and reaffirming its commitment to recognising merit at every stage of a lawyer’s career.
Addressing colleagues on the occasion, Mohit Saraf, Founder and Managing Partner, reflected on the firm’s journey over the past five years while outlining an ambitious vision for the future.

The celebrations concluded with Foundation Day festivities across the firm’s offices, bringing together colleagues to commemorate the milestone through an evening of recognition, music and celebration.
