Addressing the gathering, Tradecore India Foundation President Soubhagya Sundar Routray said,
“Tradecore India Foundation has been created with the vision of building a trusted business community where entrepreneurs, startups and business owners can connect, collaborate and grow together. We believe businesses flourish when people support each other through meaningful relationships and genuine referrals. Our guiding principle—Connect, Refer and Grow—is not just a slogan but a commitment to creating opportunities for every member. We welcome everyone who wants to be part of a positive and growth-oriented business ecosystem.”
The foundation aims to organise regular business networking meetings, referral sessions, knowledge-sharing programmes, leadership interactions and mentorship initiatives to help members expand their professional networks and unlock new business opportunities. It also plans to promote collaboration among startups, MSMEs and established enterprises, enabling members to learn from each other’s experiences and grow together.
Speaking about the vision of the organisation, Secretary Sabyasachi Parida said,
“Tradecore is more than a networking platform; it is a community built on trust, collaboration and mutual success. Our focus is to create long-term value for every member by encouraging meaningful business relationships.”
Tradecore India Foundation believes that sustainable business growth is driven by collaboration rather than competition. By bringing together professionals from diverse sectors under one platform, the foundation aims to create an environment where ideas, opportunities and referrals can translate into lasting business success.
With its emphasis on trust, collaboration and community-driven growth, Tradecore India Foundation aspires to emerge as one of Odisha’s leading business networking organisations, supporting entrepreneurs and enterprises in creating new opportunities and expanding their reach across the state and beyond.
